Stepped up to take on a special position in China. Created and executed a 3-year business plan with the goal of achieving sustainable revenue growth and local plant set-up.

-  Managed the take-over of local distributor to create and launch in a "commando approach" the new local Business Unit that propelled the existing business by four times in 3 years: 45M Euros and doubled MS of major brand. 140 people management.

Defined and executed the roadmap (business plan) of a new global business unit that rapidly grew as the top contributor to company growth. Delivered 5-year and 10 year global brand plans (OTC, cosmetics, medical device). Management of 10 people.

-  From Strategic Marketing Manager Skin Care to Global Marketing Director, reporting to VP Markets and Marketing, I prepared and got the validation by the Executive Board of Galderma (Joint Venture L'Oréal and Nestlé) strategies that led to the creation of a new Global Business Unit with the fastest company growth contribution in % and value over past 10 years - 500M Euros, 25% yearly growth.

-  This commercial success was based on the execution of global marketing plans to develop and successfully launch internationally innovative products (cosmetics, medical device, pediatric products, OTC switches) and their associated brand campaigns for the new Global BU (including skin care Brands like Cetaphil or OTC like Loceryl) - Areas of expertise : Sensitive skin, Acne, Rosacea, Sun protection, Mycosis. Leverage of specific L'Oréal formulations and IP to boost formulation platforms.

-  Built a Global Marketing team of 10 people who translated the market insights (customer and shopper needs and segmentations, brand mapping/positioning, competitive advantage, technology trends) into new commercial opportunities. Leverage of specific L'Oréal formulations and IP to boost formulation platforms.

- Managed a team of Franchise leaders leading steering committees composed of cross-functional teams from Markets (USA, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Australia, Asia), R&D, Clinical Development, BD, Manufacturing, Packaging, Pricing and Supply Chain as well as Board of KOL's. We supported as well M&A activities, retail excellence programs and first ever Global Brand Planning Process for consumer business.
