Christine Lai is a dynamic cross-sector collaboration catalyst who has spent her career bridging gaps and connecting people and organizations for positive social impact. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and further refined her skill set studying business management, international business, and web design at various colleges in California. Lai has a wealth of diverse experience within the private and social sectors, which have honed her ability to foster collaboration among impactful communities. Her previous roles include Chief of Staff at Delivering Happiness, Executive Strategy Director at Elite Meetings International, and Program Director at ProInspire, among others. Currently, Lai leverages her connector abilities serving as a Community Activator on the ESHIP Summit Team and Strategic Advisor at the Center for Cultural Innovation. Her passion for community building and access to opportunity is evidenced by her active roles as a network connector at The Ready and Village Global. When Lai is not fostering collaborations, she loves concert-going, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.
