Elif Anda

Elif Anda is an accomplished project manager with vast experience in program management, product launches, A/B testing, event planning, website redesign, and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Global Studies from Lehigh University and BA in International/Global Studies from Universidad de Sevilla.

Elif Anda's ability to work with people, her skill in public speaking, her calm demeanor during tumultuous times, and her remarkable talent in foreseeing blockers and mitigating risk are some of her superpowers. She is comfortable with ambiguity and adept at making order out of chaos, a skill that has served her well throughout her career.

Currently, she is a Product Manager for Personalization at Bed Bath & Beyond. Before joining the company, she served as the Project Manager for Site Optimization & A/B Testing at the same organization. She also worked at Crisis Text Line, where she was responsible for Special Projects. Before that, Elif interned at Do Something, where she played a crucial role in the development of the organization.

Elif Anda is a former Founder and President of Lehigh University Chapter at Food Recovery Network and Orientation Coordinator at Lehigh University.
