Allen Wilson is a seasoned industrial designer and inventor with over 12 years of experience in consulting, engineering, and manufacturing firms. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design and Product Design from San Jose State University and an Associate of Arts Degree in Fine Arts from Columbia Jr. College, graduating with eight design-related scholarships. With a creative approach, ranging from product-concept ideation-sketching to digital sculpting, prototype building, graphics and packaging design, testing and overseas quality control, he has become an "Engineer's Designer"​ and an "Artistic Inventor." His portfolio includes key roles in creating products for Netflix, Polycom, Husky and Giraffe reach system tools, which are sold through Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Frontagte, and Skymall. Furthermore, he conceptualized the user-interface redesign for Topcon's GPS software and is currently designing products in the Medical and Aquatic Sports fields. As an Industrial Design Manager, Allen currently works at Discover with Dr. Cool, where he leverages his extensive knowledge to design innovative products that are both visually and functionally alluring.
