He has a proven track record of delivering tangible results in challenging environments and leading diverse, cross-functional teams to success. Niklas is skilled in sales, complex negotiations, innovation, and people management, with extensive experience in sectors like travel retail, airlines, travel distribution, retail banking, and private equity/venture investment analysis and management. He has held executive leadership roles at CWT and Travelport, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Global Managing Director of Hospitality, Car & Digital Media. Niklas also serves on the board of End Violence Partnership, and has been an advisory board member at Cornell University’s Center for Hospitality Research. He studied business administration and management at Plano Senior High School and earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
