Elena Brower

Elena Brower is a well-known bestselling author, artist, podcast host, teacher, and mentor. She has authored popular books like Practice You, Being You, and Art of Attention. Elena is the host of the Practice You podcast and a teacher at Glo.com. She also serves as the founder and mentor of Essential Mentorship.

Elena Brower pursued her education at SSHS and completed her Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Apparel from Cornell University.

Throughout her career, Elena has been associated with renowned organizations like Sounds True as an author.
