Stefanie McLeese is a seasoned public relations and brand strategist with a strong focus on internal communication and brand engagement.

With over 18 years of experience, Stefanie has worked with numerous global brands on strategic communications plans, crisis communication, rebranding, and more.

Starting her journey in a rural high school with a dream of being the first in her family to graduate college, Stefanie's expertise spans across various industries including athletics, non-profit, oil and gas, automotive, aerospace, and academia.

She is the President/Owner of Santos McLeese PR & Brand Strategy and has held key positions at organizations like Lodgic Everyday, Monticello Main Street, Cooksey Communications, Nissan North America, and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Stefanie completed her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Public Relations at Tarleton State University, and she is known for her ability to authentically connect with executives, clients, media, and colleagues to effectively tell compelling stories.

Her approach to client selection reflects her values around making a difference in communities and inspiring youth to reach their full potential.
