Cody Keenan is a renowned speechwriter and former chief writer for President Barack Obama. He co-wrote speeches with Obama since 2007 and worked on every topic and audience, including national addresses and the State of the Union. He studied at Northwestern University and Harvard Kennedy School, where he earned a Master of Public Policy degree. Keenan has taught a popular course on speechwriting at Northwestern and served on the Board of Directors at Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate. He is currently a Partner at Fenway Strategies and lives in New York City with his wife and child.
