Matthew D'Arduini is a music industry veteran with over a decade of experience in A&R and artist development. D'Arduini currently serves as Senior Vice President of A&R at Sony Music Entertainment's Arista Records, where he is responsible for identifying and signing new talent, as well as nurturing and developing the careers of established artists. Prior to his current role, D'Arduini held a variety of positions at Universal Music Group's Island Records, including as Vice President of A&R. During his time at Island, D'Arduini worked with a diverse range of artists, including Demi Lovato, Tove Lo, Mike Posner, and others. Before joining Island, D'Arduini spent several years at Robbins Entertainment, where he worked his way up from Mailroom Supervisor to A&R Manager and eventually A&R Director. Throughout his career, D'Arduini has proven to be a talented strategist and leader, with a passion for supporting and developing artists from all genres and backgrounds.
