Director, Sales Promotion & Administration Coty Prestige

Report to SVP Sales & Education; manage team of 6 direct reports Strategies and resources-lead process to support and implement Domestic Sales Force strategies in the retail channel. Make recommendations on strategy and how resources are utilized. Partner with SVP of Sales, VP Education, National Accounts, Regional Sales Directors, Global and US Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, Creative and Visual Merchandising Account support – partner with retailers, account directors and business sales managers to develop seasonal assortments, programs, exclusives, advertising, new launch support, retailer seasonal presentations. Provide general retailer support to the philosophy account portfolio (Ulta, Sephora, SiJCP, Nordstrom, Macys, Dillard’s, Von Maur, Belk, Beauty Brands, Lord & Taylor, Military, EC Scott) Budgets - responsible for fiscal budget development with SVP Sales, Finance and US Marketing for key resources - freelance, samples/GWP, direct mail, field no cost product and supplies, comps, trade marketing. Partner with finance team on monthly tracking & identifying opportunities. Lead annual budget development process for sales promo A&CP Program development -  manage strategy, development, approval, budget, forecasting/allocation and execution process of key programs including GWPs, sampling, direct mail  Allocations: act as liaison with accounts and field team, US Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning and SVP of Sales on seasonal allocation of resources - sampling, GWPs, gratis, counter supplies, freelance Retail channel support - development & evolution of support tools; manage team updates: account marketing calendars, field and account side by sides, all channel calendar, new launch trackers Communication - lead development and execution of key business communication and tracking tools for sell in team and sell thru field Lead Monthly, Seasonal sales commentary; board/executive presentations

- Account Management – manage Sephora, Neiman Marcus and Fresh Retail Stores in partnership with field point person, Marketing point person and Retailer teams for development and growth of sales in store. Work to develop Marketing platform with team and execute in field to achieve company sales goals.
