James Brochu is a highly experienced and accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a rich and diverse background in supply chain, marketing, customer service, and software solutions. He currently serves as the COO of Bridge Solutions Group, where he manages the design, operation, and improvement of consulting services. James is a skilled professional with expertise in Sterling MCF Solution, Java-based software solutions, XML, SQL, Middleware, Mapping and order lifecycle visibility, among others.

James's career at Bridge Solutions Group started when he co-founded the company as its Applications Architect. He has held several management positions, including Managing Consultant at iGlobal Group, Senior Consultant at Expicient Inc, Project Coordinator, Marketing Manager and Senior Relationship Manager at Bank of America. He has an impressive educational background, including a BS in Marketing from the University of Maine and a Masters in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School.

Outside of work, James is passionate about supporting community organizations, and he has previously served as the CFO of Vein Of Galen Malformation Support Network. He sees his role as a free agent in the executive team at Bridge Solutions Group, filling gaps, and ensuring smooth operations and a great customer experience.
