Emily Vencat is a seasoned business development professional with a background in journalism and a passion for health and wellness. With experience working at both YouBar Inc. as the Chief Innovation Officer and at the Associated Press and Newsweek as a business writer and correspondent, she brings a unique perspective to the health foods industry. Vencat graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy, and also studied English Literature at Oxford University.

In her current role at YouBar, Vencat is responsible for welcoming new clients and helping them determine whether the innovative protein bars produced by YouBar are the right fit for their brand. YouBar's bars are sold in national chain stores like Whole Foods, GNC, and The Vitamin Shop and the company has a reputation for staying at the forefront of exciting new food trends.
