Marília Figueira

Marília Figueira is a professional with a diverse background, having worked on projects ranging from seasonal product creation to budget planning, which have enhanced her questioning, spontaneous, and collaborative skills.

Currently working at Deloitte as an Innovation Analyst, Marília's primary focus is on contributing to the growth of the innovation program by actively participating in activities related to idea generation, analysis, and project implementation.

Her educational background includes studying Advanced English at Pacific Gateway, Bacharelado em Administração at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, and further studies at Stanford University and Ibramerc - Instituto Brasileiro de Inteligência de Mercado.

Marília has held positions at various organizations, including Deloitte where she currently works as an Innovation Analyst, and has previously worked as a Business Analyst. Prior to that, she gained experience as a Marketing Intern at General Mills and as a Monitor at ESPM.
