Dan Magder has an impressive professional background in residential real estate investing, mortgage finance strategy, and financial services advisory. Dan is a graduate of The Wharton School and Yale, where he studied finance and economics, and ethics, politics, and economics, respectively. Dan founded and currently serves as the Managing Partner of Center Creek Capital Group, a company that invests in residential real estate by rehabilitating distressed properties for rent and sale to owner-occupants, as well as new infill construction. Before founding Center Creek Capital Group, Dan held leadership roles at Carrington Mortgage Holdings, Lone Star Funds, Updata Advisors, Capital One, and other companies. Dan has also served on board and chairman positions at non-profit organizations such as DC Scholars Public Charter School and Friends of Choice in Urban Schools.
