Maria Ingelsson is an accomplished business attorney with over ten years of experience in Big Law firms and five-plus years of in-house counsel experience at top-tier SaaS and hardware companies. She is uniquely licensed to practice law in both the United States and Europe, making her a sought-after legal expert in both regions.

Maria holds a master's degree in law from Uppsala University, where she studied general business administration and management at Harvard Extension School. She also took classes in Maritime Law and Insurance Law at The Nordic Institute for Maritime Law.

Throughout her career, Maria has held numerous leadership positions, including Director and Associate General Counsel for Commercial Transactions at Workday, Assistant General Counsel for Commercial Technology Transactions at Workday, and VP of Legal and HR at both Automile and Favro (previously Hansoft). She has also served on the board of directors at Rusta and Sh Bygg, Sten och Anläggning AB.
