Dorothea Chow is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the food and beverage industry.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biological Science with an emphasis on Neurobiology Physiology and Behavior from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, she pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Food Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

With a passion for ensuring top-notch quality in food production, Dorothea has held significant roles in various organizations. Currently, she serves as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, where she plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing product quality.

Prior to her current position, Dorothea has garnered valuable experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Dean Foods and as a Production Chemist and Quality Laboratory Technician at Diageo. These roles have equipped her with a diverse skill set and a thorough understanding of quality control and assurance processes in the food and beverage sector.
