Marc Cohen
Marc Cohen is an accomplished professional, with extensive skills in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Signal Processing, IoT, Wearable Sensors, and Embedded Systems. As a self-starter, he has initiated and led product development and thrives in small teams with team members having diverse skill sets. Marc studied Electrical Engineering, Physiology and also holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions, including Associate Director at Intelligent Automation, Inc., CTO and Co-Founder at ErgonometriX LLC and Founder and Managing Partner at Piezonix. He is also a former Founder and Chief Consultant at mhcmos llc, and VP Microelectronics at Gentag Inc.
Marc is a co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer at KinometriX Inc. He was responsible for leading projects that utilized wearable sensors, signal processing, and machine learning to provide kinematic and kinetic analysis for musculoskeletal research, rehabilitation, and athletic performance. As a Visiting Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Maryland, he studied applications of conductive polymers for neural interfacing and also conducted research in synthetic biodegradable polymers for tissue engineering. He is a well-rounded professional, with expertise in various fields of engineering, research, and product development.
