Christine Bald is an accomplished writer and coach with an extensive educational and professional background in international relations and Middle Eastern studies. She studied at both Syracuse University and The American University in Cairo, working towards a BA in International Relations and a degree in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic. Her writing and coaching experience includes roles as a Co-Author at Ben Bergeron, Photojournalist at CrossFit, LLC, and a Coach at CrossFit New England, among others.

Her experience in media and communications includes positions as Director of Media at CompTrain and Head Coach & Director of Operations at CrossFit Hierarchy. In addition, she has political experience, having worked in the Middle East & North Africa division of the International Republican Institute and the Office of Iraq Political Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. She has also served as an Associate at McBee Strategic Consulting and worked for U.S. Senator Mel Martinez at the United States Senate.
