Justin Hayward brings 20 years of leadership management experience in the Cambridge technology and IPR cluster to the table. He has worked with Arm's Incubation and Strategy Group in IPG, and his skills involve business development, strategic planning, risk analysis, project management, and facilitating roundtable tech discussions. Justin has marketed and sold a range of business development methods to large corporations and start-ups, sold high-value contracts to clients across semiconductors/IT, AI, digital printing, and packaging, and negotiated sales with many technology conference sponsors. He has engaged with and built up an industrial/4IR technology conference network IPR and tech ecosystem of over 50,000 executives to date.

Justin studied PhD, MMath at University of Cambridge and MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School. Previously, he worked as the Founder Director at Cambridge Investment Research Ltd and a Quantitative Analyst - Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank.
