Jonas has held leadership roles at multiple organizations including Boeing, Philips, Capgemini, and Hotstar, and has played various roles such as HR Business Partner, Learning Partner, Talent Advisor, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Employer Brand Manager. At Philips, Jonas helped in creating an employee value proposition, deploying it through employer branding activities and spearheaded social recruitment.
