Under his leadership, Mono Music manages Grammy-winning producers, including Timbaland, Dallas Austin, and Federico Vindver. Marella also oversees strategy and business development for Verzuz, the popular music battle series. Prior to founding Mono, Marella was an artist manager at Roc Nation, working with top-tier artists across all genres. He was also a Senior Vice President of promotion at Universal Motown Records, where he played an integral role in securing over 100+ Top 5 Billboard chart positions. Marella started his career in 1993 as a publishing intern at Interscope Records, paving the way for an illustrious career in the music industry. His work has earned him over 100 platinum & gold plaques and over 20 RIAA certification awards.
