Juan Sosa is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 15 years of diverse experience in roles ranging from Software Developer to Agile Coach and Engineering Manager.

Throughout his career, Juan has emphasized the significance of focusing on people and teams, creating conducive environments that empower individuals to excel by driving focus, alignment, and shifting conversations towards outcomes rather than just outputs.
