Mario Vetro is a seasoned professional with a strong background in structuring and advising resource and special situations businesses. He has played a significant role in the growth and success of a leading investor relations firm in North America, where he was involved in over $500m in equity raises and numerous buyouts ranging from $100m to $1.5 Bn over a 5-year period.

With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The University of British Columbia, Mr. Vetro also holds a background in direct sales, where he achieved the top positions as both sales representative and manager in the country.
