Chris Brady, a Talent Acquisition Leader with over two decades of experience, is known for his ability to build high-performing TA functions that bring in game-changing talent. A caring father of four kids and a loving husband to his wife, Chris grew up in Western New England, where he developed a passion for sports. He moved to Atlanta in 1995, where he began his career in recruiting.

Chris wears multiple hats, from consulting gigs and running his own search firm for over 14 years to working as a Corporate Recruiter in 2012. He is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition, North America, at Sage, previously serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Director at Experian.

With an insatiable passion for innovation and technology, Chris has been using his skills to help people grow, fix problems, and build cool things. He is an expert in Employer Branding and Recruiter Content Enablement, which is his current fascination.

As someone with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Chris enjoys an environment that moves at a breakneck pace. However, he has learned to manage it for good, enabling him to achieve great things in his professional life.
