Tracey L Durant

Dr. Tracey Lynette Durant is a dedicated professional with a strong background in education, nonprofit management, and community service.

She currently serves as a contractor in the Office of Equity and Cultural Proficiency for Baltimore County Public Schools, where she plays a vital role in fostering inclusive environments.

Previously, Dr. Durant held key positions such as Director of Professional Development at Maryland Nonprofits, overseeing educational and technical assistance programs, and as the Executive Director of the 100 Black Men of Maryland College Access Program, aiding disadvantaged students in accessing higher education.

Her experience also includes coordinating learning assistance initiatives at the Community College of Baltimore County, focusing on enhancing developmental education pass rates and addressing achievement disparities.

Dr. Durant is a recipient of the Daily Record's 'Leading Woman' award in 2011 and actively engages in various organizations, including the Chimes Foundation Board of Trustees, the Independent Fund's Urban Scholars Program as a mentor, and leadership roles in alumni associations.
