Lindsay La Rue is a visionary leader with extensive experience in organizational leadership and development, change management, process improvement, talent acquisition and training, CRM/LMS systems analysis, and community partnerships. With a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Film and Media Studies, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Additionally, Lindsay's background in Couple and Family Therapy (Systems Theorist), Psychoanalysis, and Psychotherapy has given her a solid foundation in understanding the power of relationships, people, and how to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives. She has held leadership roles at Roland Park Country School, Bryant & Stratton College, Strayer University, and DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc.
