- Responsible for the hiring, training, case management and job performance evaluation of new clients in our vocational training program. Supervise and develop clients’ schedules in the program on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.  Oversee volunteer program, including finding appropriate volunteers for assistance within facility and outside events; manage volunteers during opportunities, and coordinate sending timely thank-you responses. Responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with client providers, partners for potential collaborative efforts and potential employers for clients upon graduation. Develop and update life skills and vocational training curriculum and accountable for maintaining accuracy and relevance. Create and maintain client tracking spreadsheets and databases.

Program Manager

- Assist in the coordination, development, distribution, and quality control of mass communications including the organization’s newsletter/e-newsletter, web site, brochures, press releases, print materials and donor communication. Manage web page and social media site maintenance, and responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of new and consistent information postings such as links, stories and events. Help with the planning and implementation of organization’s marketing and communications plan including development of new web site, editorial calendar, online tools, social media to promote the organization’s goals, mission, fund-raising projects and donor relations. Participate in the creation and distribution of the organization’s annual report including program outcomes, fundraising and outreach. Directly responsible for creation of appropriate messaging to communicate with donors and potential donors, including donor recognition and thanks. Proficient in Microsoft Office, extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Marketing and Development Assistant

- Experience in TransUnion software applications and sister support systems; Credit Retriever, Background Data Solutions and SmartMove. Proficient in pre-sales processes; communicate highly sensitive data, qualify rental applications, pre-screen sales inquires, managed and maintained applicant confidentiality. Create and perpetuate spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Gifted communicator, well versed in verbal and written communications.
