Oscar Malaspina is an accomplished architect and urban designer with a diverse background in business, innovation, and design. He received his Master of Urban Design from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and his Architect degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has worked for many reputable organizations, such as The World Bank, La Victoria Lab, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to name a few. Oscar has been involved in several high-profile projects related to risk mitigation, educational infrastructure, and strategic program development. His research work at Harvard focused on ephemeral urbanizations in India and floods in Cambodia and Vietnam. Oscar is currently an independent consultant in many business, innovation, and design projects. Besides, he is a strategic advisor of the Vice-Ministry of Housing and Urbanism at Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento. Additionally, he was an Adjunct Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where he taught architecture.
