Nikin Shah is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry, with over 15 years of operational, manufacturing, and consulting experience. He is currently the co-CEO of Polyzen, a contract engineering and manufacturing company focused on medical devices and other specialty applications. Additionally, Nikin is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Front Porch Venture Partners, where he actively invests in both venture capital firms and startups throughout the Southeast.

Before joining Polyzen and Front Porch Venture Partners, Nikin worked at Medtronic, where he supported investments, mergers & acquisitions, new product launches, and explored new technologies and services for emerging markets. He also worked at Idea Fund Partners, an early-stage venture capital fund in Durham, NC, and at Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy and Operations practice. Nikin holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
