-  Created VMware’s first “vBlitz day,” now called National Prospecting Day - Velocity to Millions - integrating North America solution providers with the North America VMware Field Sales team Inside Sales Team, and Channel Sales team, generating $40MM in new sales pipeline in one day.

-  Created the first “Channel Sales Certification Training” program for VMware’s North Americas channel team in conjunction with Everything Channel/IPED; trained nearly 200 VMware Channel Sales people on corporate resellers, Dell, HP, IBM, Cisco, solution providers, distribution, and consultants

-  Latin America 9 Month Special Assignment: Formalized the Solution Provider Channel programs and tiers for all of Latin America; recruited and enabled the top 100 Solution Providers; hired and trained the 20+ person Latin America Field Channel Sales Organization – from Country Directors to PBMs and System Engineers.

-   Grew sales from $90M to $120M in a declining market competing against Microsoft embedding similar technology for free in their OS.

-  Built the North America Field Sales Organization of 25+ teams of F500 Field Sales and System Engineers that closed six- figure enterprise software deals at: Nationwide Insurance, AT&T, GE, Bank America, Lehman Bros, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, Swiss Bank, Sprint, Ameritech, Bell South, Walgreens, United Airlines, Sony, Texaco, American Airlines, Sears, Owens Illinois, Pepsi, GTE, Inland Steel and more.
