Valentin Klimov, a prominent figure in the field of cyber intelligence systems, has been appointed as the Deputy Director at the Institute of Cyber Intelligence Systems (ICIS) in the National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI". With a PhD in Computer Science, Klimov has made tremendous contributions to the field of Mathematics, Management, Economics, Innovation and Business. He graduated from National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI" with honors in 2008 and completed education at the Open University of SKOLKOVO in 2013.

Klimov is widely recognized as an expert in the development of Cyber Intelligence Systems and semantic search and composition systems for SOA. He has more than 60 scientific papers, 7 articles in Scopus/Web of Science, 10 articles in Russian Science Index, and has won numerous awards in recognition of his contribution. Some of his notable achievements include winning the 8th and 9th contest of youth innovative projects of the XII and the XIII Moscow international conference "Youth and Science", winner of the program of the UMNIK-2009, and the winning team on the program of the UMNIK-2010 and UMNIK-2012.

Klimov's background includes serving as the CEO at SmartTechnologies LLC, Head of IT Department at Mephi, and Head Of Educational Center at BPC Banking Technologies. He was also the President of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists at National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI", and a Principal Member at Community of Russian Innovators - Futurussia.
