Rohit Raman is a problem solver, creative thinker, and change agent with a positive can-do attitude. He is a passionate digital transformation executive with a global background and has successfully implemented strategic programs for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries. Rohit has a unique combination of managerial, leadership, and technical skills such as Technology, Automation, Robotics, Process Excellence, Management Systems, Information Security, Risk, and Compliance. He has conducted business and had responsibility for teams across many geographical locations in the Middle East and Africa, North America, Europe, and APAC. Rohit studied Master of Business Administration - MBA at Amity University. Currently, he is the founder and digital transformation executive at Red Ants Consulting. Prior to this, he worked at EY as a senior manager, Robotic Process & Intelligent Automation (RPA), at Barclays as a Vice President - Digital Banking, Service Improvement, and Program Manager Strategy. Furthermore, Rohit had the experience of working at Wipro South Africa, IBM Software Group, South Africa, Standard Bank of South Africa as a Change Management Manager, Business Improvement, and Transformation Manager, Senior Consultant, and Quality Lead at Accenture, respectively.
