Richard Hall is a seasoned business leader with a diverse background encompassing product management, analytics, strategy, innovation, and new business development.

Richard's career journey began at a Big Data startup in the UK where he played instrumental roles in product management, leading to the impressive growth of 'The Shop' brand to $40M based on Tesco's loyalty card data.

Transitioning into strategic and analytics consulting roles, Richard worked with renowned clients like Procter and Gamble, Coca Cola, GSK, and Nestle, gaining valuable experience and insights.

Establishing 'dunnhumby Hungary' and 'dunnhumby Canada,' Richard built new teams focused on driving retail strategy, insights, and media businesses for consumer packaged goods companies.

Relocating to Cincinnati, Ohio, Richard joined Kroger, the largest grocery retailer in the US, where he has led teams in shaping strategies related to digital personalization, ecommerce, and health and wellness.

A founding member of a team dedicated to 'alternative profit' growth strategies at Kroger, Richard is currently focused on developing new businesses dedicated to simplifying and personalizing healthcare.

Richard's educational background includes a first-class MA Hons degree in Geography from Oxford University, along with A Levels from Aylesbury Grammar School in French, Economics, Geography, General Studies, and Music.

Currently serving as the Vice President of 84.51˚/ Kroger New Ventures (Healthcare), Richard has held key leadership positions such as Vice President Digital and Wellness at Kroger, Vice President Retail Strategy at dunnhumby Canada, and Consulting Lead at dunnhumby.
