Ofer Ben-Noon is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and advocate for automotive cybersecurity. He is the Founder and Board Member of Argus Cyber Security, a global leader in automotive cybersecurity that was acquired by Continental in 2017. He is well-known for co-inventing 41 automotive cybersecurity patents and for his experience as a Captain in the IDF Cyber Intelligence Unit 8200, where he was part of two Israel Defense Prizes awarded projects.

Ofer earned his degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania and later studied Computer Science and Entrepreneurship at IDC Herzliya, where he also completed the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.

Ofer is a seasoned entrepreneur with vast leadership experience, including in an established public company. He advises and invests in a variety of startups and VCs, such as Cyberstarts, and is a sought-after speaker at major global conferences like CES, Mobile World Congress, and TU-Automotive.
