Asoka Jinadasa is an expert in developing corporate leadership skills and boosting performance in fast-changing and competitive markets. He has a Ph.D. in Business Administration-Corporate Strategy from Kennedy-Western University and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ceylon, Sri Lanka.

Asoka has worked in various positions, including Chairman of Entrust Group of regulated financial service companies, Head of Corporate and Marketing Communication at Bank of Ceylon, and Senior Strategic Planner and PR Consultant at Rowland PR division of Bates Strategic Alliance affiliated to Burson-Marsteller, among others.
