Nikos Manouselis is the founder and CEO of Agroknow, an innovative food safety intelligence company that leverages data insights for the global supply chain. With over 15 years of experience in the intersection of technology and food, Nikos is a visionary leader who actively works with business and academic leaders to develop pioneering data-driven solutions. He has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Information Management from the Agricultural University of Athens, and two Master's Degrees in Computer Systems Networking and Operations Research from the Polytechnic of Crete. Nikos has held visiting research and lecturing positions at prestigious universities such as the Universidad de Alcalá and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). He is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and has previously served as the President Elect for the ARIADNE Foundation.
