Liat Shwartz is a seasoned HR professional with a wealth of experience spanning over the course of her career. She graduated from Bar Ilan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences and later pursued a Master of Arts in Organizational Consulting from the same institution. Throughout her career, Liat has worked in different organizations in various capacities. She started as a Technical Recruitment & Head Hunting expert at Shavit Software and later became an HR Recruiter at Radware. She was also the HR Manager & Global Recruitment Lead at Inneractive before it was acquired by Fyber where she eventually assumed various leadership roles, including Head of HR, Israel & APAC (HRBP) and Global Talent Acquisition. Her current position is the Director of Human Resources at Fyber.
