Mike Boyles, a driven and committed individual, has held various executive and managerial positions throughout his career. He is currently the Vice President at Catapult Federal Services, a leading provider of technology and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government. Boyles has extensive experience in business development, delivery, recruitment, and resource management, having served as the Director of Business Development and Delivery at I3S, the Division Manager at Beacon Hill National Security, and the Executive Vice President of Recruiting and Delivery at Convergenz.

Boyles has a people-focused approach to leadership, believing that individuals matter more than processes or things. He is committed to making those around him better, always doing what he says he will do and accomplishing his goals no matter what. He advocates for tuning out the noise and never forgetting the "why" behind one's actions. Before entering the private sector, Boyles worked as a teacher at Sunset Hills Montessori and as a manager at DRC Services.
