Ben Darfler is an accomplished engineering leader who brings over 15 years of experience to the table, having worked with companies of all sizes. Darfler pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the State University of New York at Binghamton and then a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University. Throughout his career, he has held several positions in the technology industry, including Director of Engineering, Ecosystem at Honeycomb.io, Senior Engineering Manager at Honeycomb.io, Engineering Manager at InVision, and Lead Engineer at InVision, among others. In terms of his community involvement, Darfler has served as a Trustee at the Village of Trumansburg.

During his time working for various companies, Darfler garnered a comprehensive understanding of engineering, which he uses to build systems and lead teams effectively. His experience ranges from senior principal engineer, editor, senior software engineer, principal web developer, to engineering manager, staff engineer, and director of engineering. Darfler's knowledge of computer science, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit and capability to build and manage teams, makes him an exceptional engineering leader.
