Throughout his career, Jeremy has successfully closed deals totaling $450 million in private equity real estate secondaries and co-investments, as well as provided advisory services on sales and financing transactions exceeding $5 billion.

His expertise lies in financial analysis, real estate, private equity, secondaries, co-investments, valuation, due diligence, market analysis, negotiation, deal structuring, and proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree in History from Dartmouth College and has also completed the Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Previously, he has held key positions such as Vice President, Real Estate Private Equity at Portfolio Advisors, LLC, Associate in Investment Advisory at Savills, Analyst in Investment Advisory at Eastdil Secured, and Senior Associate in Capital Markets Intelligence at Thomson Financial.
