David Davidson is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning several industries, most notably in real estate development and sales. A double major in music and electrical engineering, Davidson received his Bachelor's of Engineering degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, while also earning a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Fine Arts in Ancient Mesoamerican Cultures from Queens College. With a career spanning over 35 years, Davidson has held C-suite level positions and overseen multiple multimillion-dollar transactions. He has expertise in areas such as property tax analytics, zoning, and tax incentive advising. Davidson has worked with several organizations including The Besen Group and IWG LLC as well as previous positions with Merker Advisory Services and Besen & Associates. His professional interests include affordable housing, developing and redeveloping properties, STEM industries, and planned future communities.
