Robert Sutton is a renowned professor, author, and co-founder of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program and the Institute of Design (the d school). With studies in leadership, innovation, scaling, organizational change, and workplace dynamics, Sutton has authored seven books, including "The No Asshole Rule" and "Scaling-Up Excellence," both of which made it to the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers' lists. Sutton's expertise has been recognized with several awards, such as the Eugene L. Grant Award for Excellence in Teaching and the Sumantra Ghoshal Award for Rigour and Relevance in the Study of Management.
