Karina Kling

Karina Kling is a distinguished media professional with a solid educational background and extensive experience in broadcast journalism.

She holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Broadcast Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Media Production/Music from Hastings College.

Karina currently serves as the Host and Managing Editor of Capital Tonight on Spectrum News, showcasing her expertise in political journalism and news production.

Her previous roles include being an Adjunct Professor of Journalism at Austin Community College, where she shared her knowledge and guided aspiring journalists.

Prior to her current position, Karina held significant roles as a TV Political Anchor/Reporter at Time Warner Cable News and as a TV Reporter and Anchor at KOLN/KGIN-TV, illustrating her comprehensive experience in reporting and anchoring.
