Dawn Foley is an experienced educator with expertise in Language, Literacy, and Early Childhood Education. She has a broad range of experience from the K-12 classroom to university-level teaching, as well as district-level leadership. She has earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching with Emphasis in Early Childhood.
Dr. Foley has served in several leadership roles at Higley Unified School District, including Associate Superintendent of K-12 Educational Services and Assistant Superintendent of K-12 Educational Services. She has also worked at other districts across Arizona, including Mesa Public Schools and Gilbert Public Schools. Additionally, she has worked as a Senior Lecturer and Early Childhood Program Administrator at Arizona State University.
With a Superintendent Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University, Dr. Foley has demonstrated her commitment to leadership and has a wealth of experience in various administrative roles.
