Poonam Jaypuriya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and product evangelism. She has worked across various functions, from product engineering, programming, management, and leading product marketing. Her specialties include business-winning product designing and development, online, direct, buzz, viral, social media marketing, and thought leadership activities.

Jaypuriya has studied BE in Computers with distinction from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth. She has also studied at St.Mira's English Medium School.

In her career, Jaypuriya has worked in various roles, including Vice President - eLearning, Senior General Manager - eLearning, Senior General Manager - Program Management (Innovation & Products), General Manager - Products, Program Manager, Associate Project Lead, and Senior Software Engineer at Harbinger Group and Harbinger Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Jaypuriya was instrumental in leading engineering, marketing, and global product launches of various products like TeemingPod, SiteJazzer, Raptivity, Raptivity Presenter, YawnBuster, and Elicitus. She has also worked closely on Patent filing for TeemingPod and Raptivity.

Jaypuriya leads a group-wide initiative, "Innovation Factory" since April 2012. She is a skilled professional with a diverse background, bringing valuable expertise in product development and marketing to organizations.
