Kaushal Shah, an engineering professional with over 10 years of experience in product design, development, project management, and integration of factory automation systems, is currently serving as the Engineering Manager - Engineer to Order (ETO) at Intralox, LLC. Shah has completed his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology. He also holds a high school diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Indian School Al Ghubra.

As the Engineering Manager - ETO at Intralox, LLC, Shah is responsible for shaping the organization by developing people and enabling profitable global sales, design, and manufacturing of ARB equipment and integrated systems. He has also worked as Mechanical Engineer - Global Standardization Team, Equipment Design Team, and Project Engineer at the same company. Before joining Intralox, Shah has worked as a Product Development Engineer at Ballard Power Systems and completed Explore Tires Engineering Program at Continental Tires, L.L.C.

In his professional career, Shah has gained expertise in Modular Plastic belting, ThermoDrive® tensionless belt system, Activated Roller Belt™ technology, and ARB equipment. Throughout his career, Shah has been a part of several research and teaching assistantships and was also the manager of Pragyan at the National Institute Of Technology Tiruchirappalli.
