Cynthia Stott is an accomplished Executive Leadership Coach, Empowering Beliefs Coach, and Certified Dream Coach© with nearly 20 years of experience in the corporate and government sectors. She is an expert in aligning beliefs with success and has been helping people create what they want since 2005. Cynthia specializes in helping executives take their leadership to the next level by enhancing their career satisfaction, improving communication, increasing trust, boosting creativity, and generating new solutions for old problems.

Cynthia earned a B.S. and B.A. degree in Statistics and Economics from San Francisco State University. She also studied at Brandy and Vinca.com. Previously, she served as Consumer Affairs/Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Examiner at Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Cynthia has served as Director of the Foundation Board of Directors at Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) International Foundation. She was also Certified Dream Coach at Dream University and Owner at Stott & Associates, LLC. Additionally, Cynthia was an Advanced Communicator Bronze and Advanced Leader Bronze at Toastmasters International.
