Russell Hedman is a partner at Hogan Lovells, a global law firm, where he leads and negotiates complex M&A and investment transactions worldwide. He specializes in private equity and family office transactions, with a passion for supporting small and medium-sized businesses. Russell has advised clients across the United States, Europe, and Asia on buyouts, joint ventures, and other transactions. He is also an active member of the Denver community, sitting on the board of directors of several organizations, including the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Public Schools Foundation. Russell has a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
