Mr. Fox earned his JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. He is the author of the respected treatise, Charitable Giving; Taxation, Planning and Strategies, published by Warren, Gorham and Lamont.
