With over 15 years of experience in private and public sector organizations, Alina has continually led cross-sectoral, multi-disciplinary, and international collaborations aimed at leveraging catalytical capital to solve wicked problems.

Alina is passionate about impact innovation and investments targeting local and global macro economic change. Her expertise in matrix management, methodological innovation, and strategic communication have led her to excel at synthesizing multidisciplinary data to build models for complex environments. Alina's academic research combines behavioral economics and geopolitics.

She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Security Policy and Strategy from Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from IDC Herzliya, and completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) in Art, Philosophy, and Literature at UWC Mahindra College.

Prior to her role at Edmond de Rothschild Foundation, Alina has had an extensive and diverse professional background. She has worked as a Contributing Analyst at Wikistrat, a Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, an Innovation Consultant at Alina Shkolnikov - Strategic Innovation, and as the Director of Content and Programs at PresenTense.
